Sepang is already lurking around the corner !

 

It's moving on, it's moving on, the 2019 season of Bikers'Days. After the successful episode of Mugello, the TT Circuit Assen, 'The Cathedral of Speed' (16-17 September) and the Spanish track of Valencia (26-27-28 October) will be the two prestigious destinations that will close this 20th edition of the formula developed by DG Sport. Which means that 2020 is already lurking around the corner, with its exotic and awaited Bikers'Days in Sepang, Malaysia, on January 3rd, 4th and 5th!

And as expected, many 'bikers' have already informed to start the year with milder temperatures than in our lowlands. Determined to discover this track signed Hermann Tilke, 5543 meters long and consisting of a cocktail of long straight lines, fast curves ... and significantly more technical ! All in a totally exotic setting, with palm trees replacing our Christmas trees ...

Among the important things to know, it should be noted that the shipping of motorcycles bound for Malaysia is scheduled on 7 November in the workshops of DG Sport, Theux, while their return is announced for mid-February 2020. The bikes will be loaded two by two on racks. Attention, to travel to Asia, a passport is mandatory and its validity must run at least 6 months after the date of return. A Visum is not necessary.

The amount of the registration has been fixed at 1750 € per person, transport of the motorcycle included, on the basis of sharing a hotel room with another participant during the four nights of the Bikers'Days. A surcharge of 190 € will be asked to any rider wishing to enjoy a single room. No less than 7 20-minute sessions are planned during the three track days, for a total of 21 sessions ! Speaking of track time ...

Small advice to those who are interested: do not hesitate too long, because there will clearly be no room for everyone ! The choice between Malaysia and the Sepang International Circuit or the winter frost in the heart of Europe, need we say more ...
