Bikers' Days Cancellation

In the event that you wish to cancel your registration, the following conditions apply :

• Up to 45 days before the event, the amount of your registration will be credited to you in the form of a voucher valid for 12 months, less 10% administrative costs;
• Between 45 and 30 days before the event, the amount of your registration will be credited to you in the form of a purchase voucher valid for 12 months, less 50% administrative costs;
• Less than 30 days before the event, NO refund will be made.

If, for a reason of force majeure (bad weather, incident on the track, etc.) one, several or all of the sessions of the event should be canceled, the participants commit to not to claim compensation or reimbursement from the organizer. 

The organizer also reserves the right to cancel an event following a major event 10 days before the scheduled date. The compensation and the type of compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
