Bikers' Days The magic of Le Mans on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 July 2021

Le Mans. This French city sounds like music in the ears of any motorsports fan. A big part of that is due to the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans, but the Sarthe has also been synonymous with the motorcycle Grand Prix scene since 1969. Another legend, Giacomo Agostini, won the queen category 500cc there, aboard his MV Agusta.

Since 2000, MotoGP has taken place every year on the Bugatti Circuit, more in line with the safety standards, but still keeping true to the unique Le Mans atmosphere. Last October, Italy’s Danilo Petrucci beat the odds by imposing his Ducati, while local stars Johann Zarco and Fabio Quartararo had to settle for the places of honour.

” The Bugatti Circuit at Le Mans is a fixed and very popular event on the Bikers’Days calendar, comments Florian Jupsin, Bike Manager at DG Sport. And in 2021, it is during the summer holidays, on Thursday 22 and Friday 23 July, that motorcycle speed enthusiasts can meet up in the heart of France. The track is 4185 meters long and runs through the central part of the Circuit of the 24 Heures. Definitely a must…”
